The US Society of Psychological Anthropology (SPA) of the American Anthropological Association (AAA) has awarded the 2023 edition of their prestigious annual Stirling Award to an article published at our journal.
The SPA Stirling Award is awarded annually to a previously published work that has made an outstanding contribution to psychological anthropology. This year's prize-winning article, titled Between Moral Injury and Moral Agency: Exploring Treatment for Men with Histories of Military Sexual Trauma, co-authored by Jonathan Yahalom, Sheila Frankfurt, and Alison B. Hamilton, was published in MAT in April of 2023.
We are thrilled to see the quality and originality of the research published in our journal being recognised by the scholarly community. The MAT Editorial Collective extends their congratulations to the authors for the recognition of their outstanding work and interdisciplinary collaboration. Congratulations!
